Capriola dactylon (Linnaeus) Kuntze
Cynodon dactylon forms a groundcover with obvious stolons. The stolons
are most obvious as it tries to creep over sidewalks in town. This is a common lawn
pest. The inflorescence forms as a whorl at the top of stems.
